Lumentum is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Caswell site, focusing on wet etch processes for III-V photonics devices. You will develop, optimise and qualify manufacturing processes, analyze data using SPC and Six Sigma tools, and support technology transfer from development to manufacturing.
You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D, lead yield improvement initiatives, and ensure process control and safety in a fast-paced cleanroom
