Lumentum is seeking a Process Engineer for its Caswell site, Towcester area, to contribute to new process development, continuous improvement, and NPI in a state-of-the-art semiconductor fabrication facility.
Roles range from Process Engineer to Senior/Staff Engineer, with responsibilities including:
- Data analysis
- Tool qualification
- Collaboration with Product, Equipment, Manufacturing, and R&D teams
A relevant engineering degree and experience in photonics/semiconductor environments are required.
