This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role where data, strategy, and execution meet — with direct visibility to executive leadership.

- Data Integrity: Keep our portfolio data clean, consistent, and trustworthy (no chaos allowed).
- Reporting & Insights: Build and deliver clear, actionable reports for leadership and program teams.
- User Enablement: Support, train, and empower users to get the most out of the system.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and drive smarter, more scalable ways of working.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with engineering, program management, and leadership teams.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in program management, PMO tools, business operations, or similar.
- Administrator-level experience with PPM tools such as PDWare ResourceFirst, Planview, or Clarity (configuration, maintenance, and user support).
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools — Tableau and Qlik Sense preferred; Power BI also valued.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail (you spot what others miss).
- Confidence working with data, reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to translate technical systems into user-friendly guidance.
- Proactive attitude — you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them.
Why This Role Matters
Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate PMO, you’ll operate at the intersection of data, execution, and strategy.
