We are seeking a Property Management Specialist to oversee rental property operations, ensuring efficient leasing, tenant satisfaction, and property performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing rental portfolios, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering high-quality service to tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations for residential and/or commercial properties.
- Oversee leasing activities, including listings, tenant screening, lease execution, and renewals.
- Act as the primary contact for tenants, handling inquiries, issues, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs with vendors and contractors.
