The Territory Sales Manager provides business development and sales leadership within the assigned territory throughout the United Kingdom, with a specific focus on the Midlands area.
- Responsible for sales activities which include expanding install base, managing current customer installation base, prospecting and continually building a pipeline for new business opportunities, targeting non-core physicians/medical professionals, private clinics, beauty salons, NHS and private hospitals.
- Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets for Vision activity across the defined territory in the Midlands, United Kingdom.
- Proactively communicate and track sales opportunities with urgency and precision to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
- Deliver accurate territory forecasts grounded in thorough pipeline analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date and actionable records in Salesforce through consistent daily updates.
- Operate as a results-driven sales professional with a demonstrated passion for business development and a robust network within the target segment.
3+ years of previous sales experience demonstrated excellent results in the medical markets.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences or related discipline – an advantage.
Willingness to travel within UK territory is required.
