Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute UK regional marketing campaigns aligned with EMEA strategy.
- Own and manage lead generation activities, including campaign planning, execution and performance tracking.
- Develop and optimise the marketing funnel to drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth.
- Manage digital channels (website & social media) and ensure brand consistency.
- Deliver integrated B2B & B2C campaigns, including events and trade shows.
- Attend customer meetings and visits to support commercial discussions and marketing alignment.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, EMEA teams and external agencies.
- Maintain brand control in all channels and with third-party regional partners.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing funnel management.
- Experience managing websites, social media and integrated campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with solid reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and regional teams.
- Experience supporting events and customer-facing marketing activities.

This is a hybrid working role, with ~40% of time based in the Lumenis UK offices in High Wycombe. The successful candidate must also be comfortable traveling nationally and internationally as required by the role. Applicants must currently reside in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK.
