We are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. You will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager UK to drive Lumene Group's brand presence and growth in the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the launch of new products and expand our partnerships with leading retailers in the UK.

You will report to the Marketing Manager UK and will be based in our office in central London. As Junior Brand Manager, you will help deliver Lumene Group's marketing strategy in the UK, working closely with the Marketing Manager and digital teams. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Supporting marketing campaigns
  • Creating and adapting materials for the UK market
  • Managing social media content
  • Assisting with events and influencer campaigns
  • Monitoring budgets to ensure smooth operations
  • Conducting research and analysis on market trends
  • Reporting on campaign results to help grow our brand

  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital and social media
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms)
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
