We are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated

Junior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK.

You will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager UK to drive Lumene Group’s brand presence and growth in the UK market.

This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the launch of new products and expand our partnerships with leading retailers in the UK.

You will report to Marketing Manager UK and will be based in our office in central London.

As Junior Brand Manager, you will help deliver Lumene Group’s marketing strategy in the UK, working closely with the Marketing Manager and digital teams.

Your day-to-day will involve supporting marketing campaigns, creating and adapting materials for the UK market, and managing social media content.

You will assist with events and influencer campaigns, keep a close eye on budgets to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You will also do research and analysis on market trends and report on campaign results to help grow our brand and connect with more consumers.

  • What we believe you have
  • A couple years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the beauty industry or FMCG.
  • Basic understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing, and consumer trends.
  • Familiar with multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
