Responsibilities: Work closely with senior stakeholders—managers, directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders—to translate business requirements into actionable technical strategies. Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Use your technical knowledge to help position Lumenalta’s offerings, identify client needs, and contribute to project scoping and proposal development. Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring solutions perform as expected and drive business impact. Requirements: 6+ years of client-facing experience, strongly emphasizing consulting and business analysis. Proven expertise in architecting and recommending solutions tailored to specific client contexts. Technical proficiency across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Demonstrated ability to design scalable, robust systems that meet business needs. Experience engaging with C-Suite stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions. Strong business acumen and technical knowledge to align solutions with organizational goals. A proven track record of contributing to business development efforts (e.g., proposal development, positioning solutions). Advanced English fluency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Evidence of thought leadership, such as prior speaking engagements, publications, or an online portfolio.
