Our client is seeking a Senior Architect with strong delivery experience to join their growing team. The successful candidate will lead projects from concept to completion within a fully BIM-integrated environment. You’ll combine strong design ability with solid technical and construction knowledge to deliver high-quality, compliant design solutions.
You will be responsible for project running, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery. A sound understanding of Irish building codes, regulations, and construction methods is essential in order to fulfil the duties of this position.
Required Background:- Member of the RIAI/ARB/RIBA or eligible for membership
- 7+ years’ experience in the industry
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines
- Revit experience is ideally required
- Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations
- Prior experience in contributing to projects from inception through to Site is highly beneficial
- Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
- Self-Driven and willingness to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic
