We are working with a well-established structural engineering consultancy in Melbourne seeking an experienced Structural Engineer / Team Leader to join their growing team. This opportunity will suit a UK-based engineer interested in relocating to Australia, with visa sponsorship and relocation support available.
The successful candidate will work on the structural design and delivery of high-end, multi-million dollar residential homes across Melbourne.
The Role
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers and technicians
- Deliver structural designs for high-end single dwelling residential properties
- Manage projects from concept through to construction
- Liaise with architects, builders and private clients
- Ensure technical quality and timely delivery across projects
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7+ years' structural engineering experience
- Strong experience delivering single dwelling residential projects
- Experience working on high-end residential homes preferred
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers
- Must hold a UK passport (visa sponsorship available)
- Open to relocating to Melbourne, Australia
