Junior Sales Associate in Liverpool

Lumen Partners is looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Associatewho wants to understand how a growing business operates from the ground up.

This is a hands-on development role where you'll build experience across the commercial side of the business before taking on greater responsibility for people, performance and operations.

You don't need previous management experience.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused environment can be beneficial, but isn't essential.What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to develop.
