Lumen is a fast-moving direct face-to-face sales company working with major clients across multiple industries. We specialise in growing and scaling our teams to drive customer acquisition, brand relationship building, and business expansion.

Business Development Program:

Our structured Management Development Programme is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders within our business. You will receive 1-to-1 coaching to develop your skills and lots of opportunities to practice training.

The Role:

From day one, you will be trained to represent established UK brands in a customer-facing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating brand messaging clearly and professionally
  • Building strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interaction
  • Supporting active client marketing campaigns
