THE ROLE
As a Customer Growth Advisor at Lumen Partners, you'll meet customers and local businesses face to face, represent us at events and in the community, and help people find the right products or services. It's a permanent, full-time role in marketing and customer success, with clear targets, fast feedback and a team that coaches you to your personal best.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build friendly, lasting relationships with customers in person
- Represent Lumen Partners at local events, stands and community venues
- Spot what people need and recommend the right option
- Work towards monthly targets, building up gradually over your first month
- Take part in team challenges, leaderboards and incentives
- Share wins and ideas with a supportive, collaborative team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Energetic, competitive, easy-going and professional, with a real drive to grow. You love working towards targets, thrive on performance-driven work and play for the team. You could be our next Customer Growth Advisor if you've played or coached sport, trained at the gym, competed in esports or team games, or worked in retail, hospitality, events, call centres, volunteering or any customer-facing role. Brand new to work? You're welcome too.
- A coachable attitude and a hunger to improve
- Resilience: you bounce back from a "no" and go again
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) and the right to work full time in the UK. No degree required.
PAY AND BENEFITS
- Guaranteed base salary of £25,000–£26,000 + uncapped commission
- OTE : £35,000–£40,000 (not guaranteed, based on performance)
- Progression: Trainee Manager → Junior Manager → Senior Manager, with promotion to Senior Manager typically within 12–18 months
WORKING PATTERN
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm, based in Liverpool city centre within the L3 postcode.
