Key Responsibilities:

  • Address patients for their first consultation visit to the clinic showcasing world class customer service and sales skills.
  • Build relationships with patients by showing empathy, understanding, and enthusiasm for their goals.
  • Provide clear and detailed information about our services, treatment processes, and what to expect during all treatments.
  • Follow up with patients via phone, email, and messages to boost treatment uptake.
  • Use your selling and communication skills to promote our clinic's services, focusing on patient needs.
  • Keep our lead management system updated with accurate notes, call details, and next steps.
  • Work with the clinical team and booking team to understand patient flow, appointment availability, and booking processes.
