Key Responsibilities:
- Address patients for their first consultation visit to the clinic showcasing world class customer service and sales skills.
- Build relationships with patients by showing empathy, understanding, and enthusiasm for their goals.
- Provide clear and detailed information about our services, treatment processes, and what to expect during all treatments.
- Follow up with patients via phone, email, and messages to boost treatment uptake.
