As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our largest clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services. You will play a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting our clients’ growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that Lumar clients understand and receive the absolute most value out of the Lumar platform, driving engagement and adoption.
- Lead a structured onboarding programme, including training and providing relevant support.
- Coordinate with Professional Services team to ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
- Negotiate renewals and secure retention of your portfolio of clients.
- Oversee the day-to-day account administration of clients.
- Maintain accurate client records in Hubspot and other systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide feedback and insight from clients.
- Build brand loyalty by being personable, proactive and supporting in all client interactions.
- Represent Lumar at various industry events.
Key Criteria
- A self-starter who has the ability to deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- An excellent communicator who can quickly build strong relationships with clients.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills.
- A strong potential to learn a technical product inside out.
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- A genuine interest in the technology space.
- A naturally curious mind with a passion for keeping up with the latest trends and developments within the SEO, AI and digital marketing industry.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS organisation.
- Experience with CRM software.
