About the Role
LumApps is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help drive go‑to‑market strategy across our platform solutions, use cases, and enablement programs. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to strengthen positioning, support regional campaigns across EMEA, and help teams communicate the value and ROI of the LumApps platform. This role is ideal for a customer‑centric PMM who enjoys combining strategic thinking, storytelling, enablement, and market intelligence in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Go‑to‑Market Strategy: Support GTM execution across multiple product portfolios, align messaging and launches with company positioning and growth goals, contribute to regional campaigns and marketing initiatives across EMEA.
- Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, ROI calculators, discovery guides, and enablement assets; help Sales and Customer Success teams communicate customer value effectively; build scalable sales plays and GTM frameworks.
- Positioning & Market Intelligence: Craft value‑based messaging for complex SaaS products, manage competitive intelligence and analyst insights, support LumApps visibility with Gartner, Forrester, and industry influencers.
- EMEA Evangelism & Collaboration: Represent LumApps during webinars, events, and customer‑facing activities; partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams; contribute to thought leadership and GTM best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3‑5 years of progressive experience in Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Language: Native or near‑native English fluency is mandatory. Professional proficiency in French is a “nice‑to‑have.”
- Market Knowledge: Proven track record of working with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success in a revenue‑focused environment. Retail Tech, Intranets & communications tools, or HR Tech experience is a significant advantage.
- Mobility: Based in the UK or Paris with the ability to support and travel within EMEA time zones for key marketing activities.
