Our market research Insights Team are seeking a manager of qualitative and quantitative market research to join their dedicated Insights Team, working hybrid from our London office, approx. 2 days per week.
Responsibilities / Position overview
- Own and lead project deliverables for effective research project management.
- Independently conduct research activities, building client relationships for business generation.
- Lead and coach a team, acting as a valued internal resource within Lumanity.
- Ensure effective management and implementation of research projects by overseeing development of key project deliverables and routine tasks.
- Maintain significant client contact, lead development of client presentations, and take responsibility for running projects within budget.
- Drive innovation and improve client satisfaction by leading design, fieldwork, analysis, interpretation, and writing of research projects.
- Coach others in the design of research materials and presentations, producing client-ready versions of research materials and presentations.
- Build close personal client relationships to help generate business and drive growth.
- Identify business opportunities and conduct new business development activities.
- Lead direct reports, ensure effective teamwork, and coach colleagues by providing support and development.
- Act as a valued internal resource to Lumanity, becoming a role model and actively implementing company practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Degree (2:1) in any subject and/or professional qualification preferable.
- 6-8 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation.
- 5 years’ experience in research-based project support role.
- 2-3 years healthcare sector experience is preferable.
- All round technical ability and broad knowledge of research methods and approaches.
- Proven results in project management, people management, and coaching skills.
- Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
