Stripe is an agency of creative, social-minded, content-loving people working in Edinburgh and London. We develop, launch and manage social media and influencer marketing for incredible clients, including Tefal, Merlin Entertainments, Whyte & Mackay, Rank Group, NatWest, Hollywood Bowl and Bath Rugby.
We’re looking for an established Social Account Executive who has experience of hands-on delivery of organic and paid social. Based in London, you'll work alongside our social, content and PR teams to bring client products and brands to life. This role reports to the Director, Social & Innovation.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail, bring ideas and enthusiasm, and have a passion for learning new things. You’ll be focused, agile and able to build client relationships and contribute to a range of social campaigns, day-to-day. As a good listener and an effective communicator, you’ll quickly understand what’s needed and how it can be done. In return, you’ll enjoy a role where your creativity can flourish and take form with freedom and support, whilst working with some of the UK’s biggest brands.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Deliver creative and engaging social media content ideas.
- Creating content calendars, copywriting, curating content and working with creative teams to produce engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of client channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
- Form key relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Manage and grow social communities for brands and campaigns with proactive and engaging community management.
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on social performance and its role in audience/customer journeys using tools such as Google Analytics, Meltwater, Meta Business Suite and other platform analytics.
- Grow and develop client relationships – regularly liaising with them to seek to grow existing clients and develop the account remit.
- Have an active interest in new social trends, learning new skills and sharing ideas.
Qualifications:
- 1.5+ years professional agency experience in digital/social content.
- Excellent copywriting skills and a strong eye for visual assets that pop in social feeds.
- Working knowledge of social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater Social, Pulsar or similar.
- Exceptional overall communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible and adaptable - able to keep up with changes to social platforms, client priorities and external events that impact campaign execution.
- Be able to work from our London office 2+ days a week.
