The Senior Project Manager is accountable for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and successfully by ensuring that each project adheres to the organization's process for all required deliverables. They are expected to take ownership of and stay informed about the status of each project, from initiation through deployment, to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of client requirements. The Senior Project Manager manages intricate projects, accounts, and clients across a wide variety of projects concurrently.
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring a thorough understanding of project scope for complex or large projects and brands across multiple clients and accounts.
- Ensure consistent on-time and on-budget delivery of projects; develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
- Run internal status calls and meetings; maintain internal status reports and daily hot sheets.
- Attend client project briefings and kickoff meetings to discuss and agree upon timeline, scope, and budget expectations.
- Proactively manage project details, monitor and report progress to stakeholders (including finance), and escalate issues timely to enable prompt decisions.
- Collaborate with client team leads on budgets to ensure profitability; address out-of-scope requests and ensure time is entered on the correct project/task.
- Provide ongoing updates and project-specific recommendations on next steps and timing.
- Support new business opportunities, proposals, and RFPs in developing project plans, timelines, and status updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a high level of proficiency in job responsibilities.
- 3-5 years of project coordination, project management, or related experience.
