We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Executive to provide comprehensive HR administrative support and manage employee queries through our HR ticketing system. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations by handling routine HR activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and delivering a responsive, customer-focused HR service. This is a fixed-term opportunity providing maternity leave cover, with an anticipated duration of approximately 13‑14 months.

HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
  • Process HR administration relating to new starters, leavers, promotions, and internal transfers
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll‑related changes
  • Produce both standard and ad hoc HR reports as required
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of HR projects and initiatives
HR Queries & Ticket Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries, providing accurate and timely guidance
  • Manage and resolve HR tickets in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Escalate more complex matters to the appropriate HR colleagues where necessary
  • Monitor ticket trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience
Compliance & HR Policies
  • Ensure HR activities are carried out in line with company policies, employment legislation, and HR best practice
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant documentation
HR Data & Reporting
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Generate and analyse HR data and reports to support decision‑making
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis
Qualifications
  • Degree educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Executive, or similar HR support role
  • Experience using HR systems and ticketing platforms is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and produce reports
