Responsibilities / Position overview

As part of the RWE team, we are building a RWE Data Luminary Consulting Practice to help clients with RWE challenges such as treatment patterns, drug utilization, outcomes research, and safety profiles. This role involves supporting business development, project delivery, mentorship, and strategy for the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Delivery: Lead workstreams, develop client deliverables, coordinate teams, and oversee project financials.
• Business Development: Create marketing collateral and lead client engagement efforts.
• Thought Leadership: Collaborate on developing industry insights and publications.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in life sciences, business, or related field
• Understanding of drug development and RWE industry trends
• 5+ years in life science or RWE consulting
• Management experience and proficiency in MS Office
