Luma Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join a supportive school. You’ll lead lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils of all abilities, helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to SEN pupils’ needs across subjects and year groups
  • Maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ learning, social, and emotional development throughout the day
  • Adapt quickly to new settings, following school routines and individual support plans

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in UK schools
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and confident working across year groups/subjects
  • Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
