Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming Manchester-area school.
You will deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher and support pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, helping to create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
Working with teachers and SENCOs, you’ll lead small group interventions, monitor progress, and contribute to a safe, engaging classroom.
