Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Male Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a pupil 1:1 with SEN and complex learning difficulties, helping them thrive daily in a positive, engaging environment.

Location: Loughton.

Start: 1st September 2026

Pay: £95-£106/day (DOE).

Closing date: 21/08/2026.

This role is full-time, long-term and temp-to-perm with CPD and payroll support.
