Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire Pay: 100 125/day (DOE) Duration: Full-time | Long-term | Temp-to-Perm Start: ASAP / Flexible Closing date for applications: 26/06/26 Luma Education Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, helping them thrive every day in a positive, engaging environment.
