Overview

We are seeking a committed HLTA to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, helping them thrive daily in a positive, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning and development
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher
  • Implement and model behaviour strategies (PRICE / TeamTeach experience desirable)
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress across the curriculum
  • Promote and maintain a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

  • HLTA qualified or working towards Level 4 TA status
  • Flexible, proactive, and confident in leading learning and interventions
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs
  • Positive, patient, and resilient approach to helping pupils thrive
  • School or youth work experience
  • Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required
