Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a committed HLTA to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, helping them thrive daily in a positive, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning and development.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Implement and model behaviour strategies (PRICE / TeamTeach experience desirable).
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress across the curriculum.
- Promote and maintain a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- HLTA qualified or willing to work towards Level 4 TA status.
- Flexible, proactive, and confident in leading learning and interventions.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs.
- Positive, patient, and resilient approach to helping pupils thrive.
- School or youth work experience.
- Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required.
- Competitive daily rate (£130–£165) with weekly payments.
