Luma Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced SEMH Primary Teacher to join an Ofsted rated outstanding supportive school. You’ll lead lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils of all abilities, helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 across subjects
  • Create and maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom that promotes positive behaviour and learning
  • Support pupils’ learning, social, and emotional development throughout the school day
  • Adapt quickly to new settings by following school routines, policies, and individual pupil support plans

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in UK schools
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and confident working across year groups/subjects
  • Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
