Luma Education Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, helping them thrive every day in a positive, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Implement behaviour strategies (PRICE / TeamTeach experience desirable)

Requirements:

  • Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments
