Luma Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to join a supportive school. You’ll lead lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils of all abilities, helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 across subjects
- Create and maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom that promotes positive behaviour and learning
- Support pupils’ learning, social, and emotional development throughout the school day
- Adapt quickly to new settings by following school routines, policies, and individual pupil support plans
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident working across year groups/subjects
- Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
