Luma Education are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 qualified) to join our warm, family-feel team in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where every member of staff is valued and supported. You will work across our nursery rooms, caring for children from babies through to preschool age playing a vital role in their early development, learning, and wellbeing every single day.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing high-quality care and early education for children aged 0–5
- Working confidently across baby, toddler, and preschool rooms
- Planning and delivering stimulating, age-appropriate activities
- Observing and tracking children's progress and developmental milestones
- Building warm, trusting relationships with children and their families

- Ensuring the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all children at all times
What we're looking for:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience working with children from birth to 5 years
- Comfortable and confident across all age groups, including babies
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and development
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A current Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- A current paediatric first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
