Luma Education Recruitment are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, helping them thrive every day in a positive, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Implement behaviour strategies (PRICE / TeamTeach experience desirable)
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Help maintain a calm, positive classroom environment
- Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments
- Positive, encouraging attitude to help children reach their potential
- School or youth work experience
- Confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs
- Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
- Competitive daily rate (£90–£115) DOE with weekly payments
