About Lulworth Investment Partners
Lulworth Investment Partners is a new and ambitious investment management firm, founded and backed by experienced industry professionals.
We provide bespoke investment management to High Net Worth individuals, families, charities and trusts.
Our investment approach is focused on protecting and growing the real value of our clients' wealth over the long term, regardless of wider market direction.
We believe in independent thinking and an unconstrained approach to portfolio construction, rather than simply following markets or peer-group benchmarks.
We are now entering an important stage in the firm’s development and are building the team and infrastructure to support our growth and our ambition to create a leading investment management firm.
Joining Lulworth Investment Partners now is an opportunity to become part of the business at a genuinely formative stage.
In a small team, everyone needs to help beyond their own job description.
We are ambitious about what we want to build, and we work together to get things done.
We value people who take responsibility, bring new ideas and step in where they can make a useful contribution.
The opportunity
We are looking for a bright, adaptable, and highly organised person to join Lulworth as an Associate.
Rather than looking for someone to perform a narrowly defined set of tasks, we want someone who can grow with Lulworth and contribute across different parts of the business as we develop.
You will become a key point of contact for our High Net Worth clients, as well as taking the lead on our operational infrastructure that sits behind these client relationships.
The role spans relationship management, operations, investment support and making contributions to wider business projects.
It would suit someone who enjoys variety, likes learning new things and takes pride in getting things done properly.
When you meet an unfamiliar problem, we want you to investigate it, use your judgement and work out a sensible solution.
You do not need to arrive as an expert in every part of the role.
Curiosity, initiative, a willingness to take responsibility and the ability to learn quickly matter more.
As a new firm, we can embrace technology and AI implementation without being held back by legacy systems and processes.
We want someone who is a fast learner and interested in using technology intelligently to improve efficiency and the experience we provide to our clients.
As the business grows, we expect the role to grow with it.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to how an investment management business works, work closely with senior management, and play a key part in shaping the firm’s culture.

Experience
We are deliberately open-minded about background and experience.
Whilst we anticipate the candidate is likely to have gained some relevant professional experience, this is not a prerequisite.
You do not need to have done every part of the role before.
We are more interested in finding someone possessing the right attitude, interpersonal skills and attention to detail, as well as the potential to take on increasing responsibility.
- Join at a formative point in Lulworth's development, as we build our team following FCA authorisation.
- Help us build and shape an ambitious investment management business, rather than joining an established firm where the hierarchy, structures and ways of working are already fixed.
- Gain broad exposure across client service, investment operations and business management.
- Work closely with experienced industry professionals and take on meaningful responsibility from an early stage.
- Work in a modern, technology-enabled environment without the constraints of legacy systems.
