About The Role
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for accurately processing and completing payroll cycles for assigned locations on a monthly basis. They will work collaboratively within the small EMEA Payroll Team and partner with departments including Health & Wealth and P&C Partners.

- Process payroll for assigned European countries – UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, France, and the Netherlands.
- Maintain accurate payroll records on Immedis payroll platform, ensuring all input is appropriately authorised and deadlines are met.
- Follow up with Store Managers regarding incomplete or inaccurate paperwork/inputs.
- Process statutory payments.
- Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to ensure accurate pay processes.
- Assist with employee payroll queries and ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience processing payroll.
- Experience with Spain and France payroll preferred.
- Retail environment experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Time & Attendance systems preferred.
- Knowledge of Workday is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and lookups.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
