What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business and own it as an Administrator, you’ll need:
- Good level of GCSE/Degree education including English and Maths
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Confident and assertive customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Data input accuracy, speed and attention to detail
- Preferably previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent client and customer service standards and adherence to service protocols
- Proactive with a “can do” attitude
- Team player and willingness to share tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices with flexible and remote working where appropriate. The successful candidate will work from our offices in Surrey. Working hours are 25 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm.
Responsibilities
- Administering the site facilities helpdesk operations including processing orders and goods receiving
- Process daily FedEx and occasional DHL shipments from site
- Provide reception cover when required
- Accept incoming deliveries as required
- Provide admin support to Location Manager and service team
- All tasks associated with working in a busy office and reception area to maintain a high standard of service
- Undertake any required training and take responsibility for self-development
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client documentation and information
- Contribute to team performance and maintain flexible working relationships
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements and company procedures
