About This Team
The Performance Marketing team sits within the EMEA Digital Marketing organisation and is responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy for guest acquisition and retention across paid digital channels. We utilise a diverse mix of channels—including Paid Media (i.e., Paid Social and Programmatic Display), Paid Search and Affiliates Marketing—to deliver elevated digital experiences, drive omni‑channel sales and reach new guests across our European markets. The team partners closely with Brand, Creative, CRM, Technology and Analytics stakeholders to optimise channel performance, diversify our media mix and enable efficient, scalable growth across the EMEA region.
A day in the life: what you’ll do
The Paid Media Specialist supports the Paid Media function within the Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will support the Paid Media Manager and channel Leads in delivering high‑quality paid media execution across Paid Social and Programmatic. As the primary hands‑on practitioner within the team, you will be responsible for accurate campaign setup, day‑to‑day monitoring and operational excellence, ensuring our media plans are executed smoothly and deliver against performance expectations.
- Set up and launch paid media campaigns following established processes and media plans provided by channel Leads.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimisations to improve delivery and efficiency.
- Maintain campaign budgets, pacing and delivery under Lead/Manager guidance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and creative reporting, highlighting trends and insights.
- Support testing initiatives and implement changes directed by channel Leads.
- Ensure all tracking, tagging and platform setup is accurate and functioning.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and elevate as needed.
- Maintain platform hygiene and documentation across ad accounts.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in a similar performance marketing role.
- Understanding of paid media platforms (Paid Social and/or Programmatic).
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop channel expertise.
- Experience with tracking, tagging or campaign setup processes is a plus.
