about this team

International Operations supports lululemon's fastest growing business area, across three regions (Greater China, Asia Pacific and EMEA).

The team plays a critical role in the realization of organizationalgrowth by driving programs, initiatives and critical capabilities which span all three regions.

The team leads pan-international strategies and initiatives, acts as a representative of all three international regions for global retail operations priorities, and is a primary execution partner for retail operations in Greater China, Asia Pacific, and EMEA.

about the role

This role is a 13-month fixed-term contract (FTC) to cover maternity leave, running from November 2026 to November 2027 ( with potential extension depending on business needs and the return date of the employee on leave) core responsibilities

This role identifies global best practices and works with regional retail operations to align priorities and implement solutions; this role also leads cross-regional retail operations projects, from discovery/design phase through to implementation and operationalization, in partnership with regional teams and global stakeholders.

  • Develop and design frameworks, programs & solutions that enable our international lululemon stores to achieve regional growth objectives
  • Manage complex cross-regional retail operations projects: manage roadmaps and timelines, prioritize work, communicate progress, identify risk, manage budgets, and ensure high quality deliverables
  • Lead large cross-functional teams (comprised of both regional and global function stakeholders) to design and deliver projects that support the retail growth of international regions
  • Analyze and process datasets to identify trends, discover insights, and inform clear recommendations which drive decision making from senior leaders
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across global markets to drive strategic project outcomes; enroll retail leadership and partners in the vision, strategies, and tactics to bring programming to life
  • Lead change management for relevant retail operations projects: identify impacts, assess readiness, and develop change management strategies
  • Drive enhancements of operational practices to improve retail KPIs
  • Sustain improvements through measurement, tracking and iteration of international retail operations projects qualifications
  • 5+ years of retail leadership or retail operations experience required
  • 3+ years of project management experience in highly cross-functional projects
  • International retail leadership/retail operations experience strongly preferred
  • Project Management Certification strongly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with proven ability to build relationships at all levels and present skillfully to senior leadership
  • High level of discernment in the application of operational change principles
  • Proactive self-starter, with proven ability to create strategy and structure which fosters decision making and delivery to timelines
  • Expert in project management tools including Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet must haves

The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
