The Performance Marketing team sits within the EMEA Digital Marketing organisation and is responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy for guest acquisition and retention across paid digital channels. We utilise a diverse mix of channels including Paid Media (i.e., Paid Social and Programmatic Display), Paid Search and Affiliates Marketing to deliver elevated digital experiences, drive omni-channel sales and reach new guests across our European markets. The team partners closely with Brand, Creative, MarTech and MarSci stakeholders to optimise channel performance, diversify our media mix and enable efficient, scalable growth across the EMEA region.
As the Paid Social Lead for EMEA, you will act as the regional expert for paid social, owning channel-level planning and applying deep platform knowledge to drive efficient, full-funnel performance. You will lead optimisation strategy, creative and UGC best practices, and platform-specific testing agendas, working cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Content and Influencer Marketing to evolve our paid social capabilities. With the Paid Media Specialist supporting execution, you will focus on elevating channel performance, ensuring paid social activity is delivered to the highest standard and aligned with wider digital and brand priorities.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest, remaining hands-on in platforms.
- Own day-to-day performance, budgeting, pacing and optimisation strategy for Paid Social.
- Lead UGC and creator-led content strategies, partnering with Brand and Influencer Marketing to develop performance-driven social creative.
- Act as QA owner for reporting, campaign setups and implementation delivered by the Paid Media Specialist.
- Translate campaign objectives and quarterly goals into clear paid social plans, ensuring accurate execution and measurement.
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative, measurement and reporting frameworks.
- Liaise with external platform partners and vendors to support activation excellence and performance.
- Design reporting and measurement frameworks to enable actionable insights for ongoing, including supporting external partners in Mixed Media Modelling.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of specialised experience in Paid Social across EMEA markets, activating both brand and performance campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of platform best practices, optimisation levers and social creative performance.
- Experience with creator-led and UGC strategies (especially TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with reporting frameworks and performance data.
- Ability to collaborate across Brand, Creative, MarTech and Measurement teams.
