A day in the life: what you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Legal team, including triaging legal requests, coordinating meetings, liaising with external counsel and vendors, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate billing records.
  • Assist with the preparation, proofreading, and formatting of legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage the circulation, execution, and filing of contracts and other legal documentation.
  • Support the development, updating and maintenance of standard legal templates across the EMEA region.
  • Review and assist in the preparation of basic agreements, including non-disclosure agreements under supervision.
  • Conduct legal research across a range of practice areas and provide updates on relevant legislative and regulatory developments.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and presentations for EMEA business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Operations team to support the development and continuous improvement of systems, tools and processes to enhance legal service delivery.

Qualifications, skills & experience

  • Previous experience working as a legal assistant, office manager or administrator. In-house experience desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive learner with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
