About this role
Reporting to the Manager, Visual Merchandising and Styling (VMS), the Coordinator, Retail Brand Experience (RBE) supports the development and production of seasonal VMS directives for stores across EMEA. They play a key part in coordinating the direction of regional product needs, preparing communication materials and ensuring timely distribution of guidelines to stores. They coordinate and manage VMS communication by partnering with Product, Retail Operations and InâStore Marketing (ISM) ensuring direction is clearly communicated and delivered consistently across the region.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and production of seasonal VMS guidelines, ensuring content is accurate and aligned to the regional assortment priorities.
- Coordinate weekly VM Forum content to support inâseason trading needs, compiling updates, product focuses and key actions for stores.
- Manage VMS communication to stores, ensuring timely delivery via the correct channels.
- Maintain VM Forum content, including all 365 and seasonal directives ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Attend inâstore merch mornings to capture VMS content that brings VMS directives to life, showcases best practices and provides teams with actionable solutions to any product challenges.
- Attend monthly product workshops to track product delays, assortment updates and key focuses ensuring this is captured and effectively communicated within each directive.
- Participate in weekly product trade meetings, provide feedback and insights from time in store, capture performance insights and share key themes and actions to support inâseason trading needs.
Experience
- 1â2 years of relevant experience within a premium retail brand/s
- Demonstrable experience creating impactful visual merchandising tools and communication
- Experience working in retail, apparel preferred
- Developed aesthetic, sense of style and trend knowledge
- Excellent communication skills â interpersonal, visual, written and verbal
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and work on the retail floor
