About the role
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing team elevating the lululemon brand to increase awareness, equity, and demand. The Graphic Designer will bring bestâinâclass creative across digital platforms, representing lululemon's personality and values while solving business needs. You will localise global assets and develop netânew digitalâfirst concepts for inâregion campaigns, including for our franchise partners, ensuring a premium, consistent aesthetic across every touchpoint. This role reports into the Senior Art Director.
What youâll do
- Design highâquality digital assets including website, CRM emails, paid social, digital campaign advertising, motion graphics, and event collateral.
- Create physical touchpoint assets to complement digital campaigns, including event collateral, store creative and OOH.
- Adapt global campaigns for key EMEA markets, tailoring them with cultural and visual nuance.
- Develop original concepts for inâregion campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate closely with crossâfunctional teams (marketing, eCommerce, social, retail, and events) to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Maintain excellence and attention to detail across every project, from simple artworking to complex multiâchannel storytelling.
What you bring
- 6+ years of relevant agency and/or inâhouse experience designing for premium, digitallyâled brands.
- A strong digitalâfirst portfolio showcasing impactful multiâchannel creative across web, CRM, paid social and campaign work.
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion/animation tools is highly valued.
- Experience leading and coaching creatives, agencies and partners an advantage.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential.
- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, sport, or wellbeing a must.
