About The Role
This role is responsible for leading and delivering logistics projects across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on outbound distribution and carrier management. The position will play a key role in expanding and improving logistics capabilities to support ongoing business growth, including e-commerce expansion into new markets and the integration of additional delivery partners. A core part of the role is ensuring that logistics solutions are scalable, efficient, and able to support future operational needs.
Alongside project delivery, this role will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of logistics processes, helping to enhance performance, reduce costs, and maintain high service standards across the region. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Qualification and Experience
- At least 5-8 years of Project or Program management experience.
- Preferred experience with distribution and logistics program strategy (EMEA and/or APAC).
- Experience with WMS (Manhattan), Multicarrier Parcel Engine technology solutions (like Nshift, Centiro) and their delivery and operational support are value add.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA supply chain landscape, including regulatory requirements and carrier networks.
- Proven experience in carrier negotiations and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages in French or German are a plus).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
- Preferred familiarity with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery solutions.
