The EMEA Digital Marketing team exists to define and execute the digital strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Our goal is to drive omni-channel sales for our European business and grow our community. We utilise a range of acquisition channels including Search, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, Paid Media and Email to deliver elevated digital experiences, drive purchase and engage beyond transactions. We’re continually diversifying and optimising our digital marketing channel mix and target markets to reach new guests, increase brand awareness and drive efficient business growth.

The Franchise business is expanding lululemon beyond our vertical channels, by partnering with select franchise partners in priority international markets. We enable partners to deliver the lululemon brand and guest experience across stores and digital touchpoints.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategy enrolment and alignment: socialise our internal marketing strategy and calendar with Franchise partners, aligning their plans where possible.
  • Plan review and approval: define and operate an approval process for Franchise DM campaigns against standards for channel best practice and brand safety.
  • Campaign builds & execution: build, deploy and manage paid social campaigns for Franchise partners based on their requirements.
  • Coaching and upskilling: provide structured feedback and hands‑on support, identifying knowledge gaps in Digital Marketing and facilitating enablement with internal experts.
  • Performance & insights: consolidate reporting, trends and opportunities across the Franchise portfolio, surfacing actionable insights.
  • Standards, tooling and templates: maintain playbooks, plan templates, QA checklists, and measurement frameworks to ensure consistency across partners.
  • Quality & compliance: safeguard brand standards, data and privacy compliance, and platform best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing with strong proficiency in paid social and performance channels.
  • Hands‑on experience building, launching and optimising campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Franchise, regional or multi‑market experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple markets, partners or stakeholders with varying levels of capability.
  • Ability to influence and align external partners to central strategy, guardrails and ways of working.
  • Strategic and operational skills.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end campaign planning: briefing, approvals, execution, QA, measurement.
  • Ability to establish process, templates and operating rhythms to create consistency across partners.
  • Skilled at managing multiple partner plans simultaneously and prioritising effectively.
  • Stakeholder management and communication.
  • Proven ability to coach, upskill and provide structured feedback to partners with differing levels of digital maturity.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex digital concepts.
  • Comfortable managing escalations and safeguarding brand, compliance and quality standards.
  • Analytical & insight skills: proficiency with performance dashboards, reporting tools and platform analytics.
  • Familiarity with creative best practice and QA process across paid channels.
