About This Team The Digital Marketing Team is responsible for delivering incremental, omni growth for lululemon’s EMEA Business.

A Day in the Life The Specialist, Media Billing/ Digital Marketing Finance Coordinator would be responsible for working with multiple third party vendors, our invoicing programs and accounts payable to ensure invoices are being processed accurately and on-time. They’ll also be responsible for working with the Media and finance teams to ensure planned spend is accurately recorded in forecasting and planning files.

Responsibilities

  • Create and monitor PO’s for media and contractor expenses
  • Work with third party vendors such as Google and Meta ensuring accuracy of invoice costs
  • Review media expenses within internal trackers to ensure spend is up to date and on budget
  • Work with cross-functional partners coding expenses appropriately across departments
  • Co-ordinate with international teams on segmentation of invoices
  • On-board new vendors into our Business Spend Management Platform (Coupa)
  • Working within the Media accounts pulling spend and invoices
  • Validation of media spends with affiliate partners, reconciling order cancellations to ensure commission payments are accurate

Qualifications

  • 2+ Years experience working within Accounts Payable / billing departments
  • Experience with Business Spend Management platforms (Ex. Coupa)
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Experience within Media platforms (Google, FB)
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills to work with numerous internal/external resources and departments to reach objectives
