This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team shaping the future of our franchise partners. The Creative Operations Lead supports the endâtoâend creative process for priority franchise initiatives ensuring teams are aligned, resources are optimised, and assets are delivered to the highest standard. Youâll bridge the local EMEA team and franchise partners, streamline workflows, manage timelines, and safeguard the quality and consistency of franchise creative across all touchpoints. Youâll also help improve creative delivery from franchise partners by implementing processes and building strong relationships. This role reports into the Creative Ops Manager.
What Youâll Do
- Own the endâtoâend operational workflow for franchise creative, from briefing through delivery.
- Providing franchise partners with all creative assets from global and regional campaigns.
- Manage resourcing across creative teams, identifying capacity gaps and facilitating support through agencies or vendors.
- Manage traffic for creative development, ensuring teams have what they need to deliver on time and on brief.
- Manage production budgets and partner with external agencies, studios, and creative vendors.
- Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders, keeping teams informed, aligned, and unblocked.
- Ensure all franchise partners deliver creative assets with consistent brand experience identity across digital, store and OOH assets.
- Leading weekly creative review meetings with all franchise partners.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production, ideally in sports, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands. Either in house or in creative agencies.
- Proven experience supporting creative teams in fastâpaced, complex environments.
- Strong understanding of creative development workflows across design, content and production.
- Confident communication and presentation skills to connect and influence across teams.
- Experience collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors.
- Familiarity with project management and asset workflow tools (Jira, Smartsheets and DAM).
- Experience working with franchise partners across different regions.
