About the Role
The EMEA events team at lululemon is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, execution consultation of all event experiences across EMEA. These include owned partner experiences both internal and external. The Events Specialist role reports into the Senior Manager, Events, EMEA and focuses on leading key event projects that feed into our business objectives of brand awareness, familiarity, and brand love across our key markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for bringing brand campaigns and business priorities to life, experientially, through leading the execution of events and/or consulting on partner events.
- Lead cross-functional event projects from conception to execution.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within the business to ensure cohesiveness across respective functions to deliver impactful events that are aligned with brand strategy.
- Support Event Manager and/or Senior Event Manager with assigned tasks for bigger event projects (e.g., talent briefing, content planning, logistics, building presentations for senior leadership, etc.).
- Oversee and provide on-site leadership direction to all stakeholders on event site.
- Manage strategic materials, budgets, and reporting tools.

- 3-5 years of event experience (movement/sports focus preferable but not mandatory).
- An existing network with vendors and events production.
- Written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
