About This Team Reporting to the Director, Business Planning & Operations, the Senior Strategy Manager, EMEA will lead the Strategy pillar in the recently formed Business Planning & Operations team. This role is pivotal to ensure the alignment and effectiveness of regional leadership, as well as fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional and global partners. You will manage end-to-end enterprise planning and support the execution of strategic initiatives that create the best experiences for our guests. As a creative thought partner, you will bring fact-based frameworks and articulate clear, actionable strategies to keep the EMEA business on track to meet its growth trajectory.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead long-range and annual planning processes in collaboration with EMEA leaders, identifying strategic gaps and opportunities for lululemon grounded in fact-based analysis.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to build regional strategies aligned with our guest, business and brand objectives.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis of industry trends, consumer insights, and macro landscape to contribute to key growth priorities.
- Identify, prioritise, and operationalise projects that deliver against regional objectives, balancing tactical execution with strategic vision.
- Establish working teams to improve cross-functional planning, solve problems and drive critical strategic and commercial projects.
- Respond to ad hoc, business-critical briefs, facilitating data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure execution against strategic priorities by monitoring progress of EMEA OKRs and business performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Partner with enterprise go-to-market to align key regional inputs and outputs with market specific insights across guest, business, and market.
- Create compelling communication materials to articulate strategic priorities and progress for key region-wide gatherings and executive moments.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Consulting or Strategy in a Corporate with a Consumer, Retail or Fashion & Apparel focus.
- Experience in a global matrixed organization, able to navigate an organisation independently, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strategic vision and creative thinking: ability to look beyond existing processes and ways of working to solve problems.
- Consulting and collaboration skills: cross‑functional stakeholder management and senior leadership advisory.
- A structured problem-solving mindset and sound business judgement, including understanding of industry and macro trends.
- Experience in leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to enable informed decision making.
- Relevant University Degree required.
