Educator | Trafford Centre – lululemon

lululemon is seeking an Educator to join our team at the Trafford Centre retail location. The role centers on delivering world‑class customer service, providing product education, and engaging guests in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests to ensure a positive experience and respect their time.
  • Assess guests’ needs and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
  • Deliver technical product education, highlighting product value and benefits.
  • Facilitate seamless guest transactions and execute omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pick‑up in store, phone sales, ship‑from‑store).
  • Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and address needs.
  • Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right.
  • Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
  • Perform product presentation tasks, support store operations with in‑store technology, and maintain a clean, luxury store environment.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform work in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

Eligibility

  • Legally authorized to work in the UK.
  • 18 years of age or older.

  • Ability to travel to the assigned store using own transportation.

Availability

  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Other Willingness Requirements

  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
  • Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
  • Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Willing to work as part of a team and independently on some tasks.

Job Assets (Nice to Have)

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
